Hello friends of fresh food! The farm is temporarily shut down while we expand operations. Stay tuned for future updates, and THANK YOU for your patronage!

We are an urban farm in Waukesha, WI. Our gourmet lettuce, leafy greens, herbs and power-packed microgreens are grown hydroponically from non-gmo organic seeds in a controlled environment without pesticides and consuming only 5% of a traditional farm's water.

Fresh from the farm, close to home

Food for thought

The average head of lettuce travels over 1000 miles to reach your plate. By the time you're ready to eat, it's lost much of its vital nutrition and flavor. The earth took a hit along the long journey, too.

There's a better way, and we're proud to be part of the local food movement. Our mission is to shorten that long trip to just across town. Let's keep food close to keep everyone's impact small.
